**All shipments transported to the event in any capacity other than the exhibitors’ POV, are considered freight and must possess a bill of lading with weight, number of pieces, and description. If not, we will manufacture a bill of lading, weigh such freight, and charge per our freight handling form, at a per shipment charge.
